QuickBooks Online Data
The Application offers optional integration with QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s API. When you connect your QuickBooks account:
- We access your financial data, including account names, transaction categories, and profit and loss data, solely to populate your Profit Roadmap within the Application. We do not write data back to your QuickBooks account.
- Your QuickBooks credentials are never stored by the Application. OAuth tokens issued by Intuit are stored securely and used only to retrieve your authorized data.
- Revoking access or disconnecting QuickBooks removes our ability to sync new data from your QuickBooks account. Financial data previously imported into the Application remains in your account until you request deletion per the Data Retention section above.
- We do not use your QuickBooks data for any purpose other than providing the Application’s financial analysis features. We do not sell, share, or disclose QuickBooks data to any third party except as required to operate the Application.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Opt out of marketing communications
